JSS is a service-based company first and foremost. JSS is located in the Nashville area but services our clients’ needs around the globe.

JSS was started with one customer. That customer was JSS owner Jason Spence. Frustrated with designing systems built ‘not to spec,’ and unsatisfied with solutions offered by other companies that didn’t meet his expectations; he began a journey of relationship building with manufacturers and suppliers of products he truly believed in. With these products he began to design and build his own solutions to satisfy his needs as an audio engineer for the clients he worked for. The products he chose were for their superior quality and craftsmanship. He did not want to design and build something only to have to constantly repair it. His systems were designed to work with products that worked. Soon others took notice and began requesting his services… and JSS was born.

From the beginning the goal of JSS has been filling a need. With Jason Spence as the client – satisfying the customer was his top priority, as opposed to making a sale. Our clients can know that when they come to JSS, fulfilling their needs is our priority. Today Jason Spence is still a client and satisfying the client is now the priority of JSS. The relationship building continues but now the relationships include JSS customers in addition to manufacturers and suppliers. Still in search of superior products and committed to exceptional service.
